The FastForward 3-Mode Vertical Mouse from Bakker Elkhuizen positions the hand rotated upward and outward to a more vertical angle which reduces pronation. By moving away from the traditional palm-down position, the strain on the soft tissues of the forearm can be greatly reduced. The body of the FastForward is also designed to provide a comfortable supportive structure for the hand, encouraging the adoption of a position where the fingers relax to curl and rest naturally over the buttons. The Goldtouch FlexMouse features a size-adaptable design that uses interchangeable adapters to create a comfortable and supportive position for hands of all sizes. The interchangeable "backs" mount to the rear of the mouse and are secured in place magnetically. They can be exchanged in seconds to accommodate either different types of work or multiple individuals with varying hand sizes. Large waterfall buttons let the fingers naturally curve over the front of the mouse where they are able to rest and relax between clicks. To click a minimal curl of the fingers and average force will activate the buttons. Clicking the scroll wheel (middle click) does require above average force but this is not uncommon as it serves to ensure that accidental clicks do not occur while scrolling. A DPI adjustment button sits just behind the scroll wheel and provides multiple settings that vary from 800-2000 (depending on model).

The FlexMouse supports the hand at an angle of 24°, reducing pronation. This position rotates the forearm outward, lowering the strain and stress on the muscles and joints of the arm, wrist and hand below that of the traditional "palm down" position. Because the "back" of the mouse is interchangeable each person can select the one that provides the most appropriate support for the length of their palm.

The FlexMouse has a smooth finish that discourages the tendency to grip the mouse, further encouraging relaxation of the hand and forearm. In addition, the absence of a thumbwell and the almost vertical sides eliminate points where the thumb and pinkie finger might attempt to gain purchase, further reducing the risk of trying to control the mouse using solely the fingers. The result is that the FlexMouse feels most comfortable when being moved primarily by the entire hand and forearm.

The Goldtouch FlexMouse is only available for right handed users; in both wired and Bluetooth models.

La Goldtouch FlexMouse vient avec des adaptateurs interchangeables pour s'adapter à la taille de la main, ce qui donne une position confortable et offre un bon soutien pour toutes les tailles de mains. Les "dos" interchangeables se fixent à l'arrière de la souris et sont maintenus en place par aimantation. Ils peuvent être remplacés en quelques secondes pour s'adapter à différents types de travail ou à plusieurs personnes ayant des mains de tailles différentes. De grands boutons en cascade permettent aux doigts de se courber naturellement sur l'avant de la souris, où ils peuvent se reposer et se détendre entre deux clics. Cliquer sur la molette de défilement (clic central) nécessite une force supérieure à la moyenne, mais cela n'a rien d'inhabituel, car cela permet d'éviter les clics accidentels pendant le défilement. Un bouton pour changer la vitesse du DPI est situé juste derrière la molette de défilement et offre plusieurs ajustements allant de 800 à 2000 (selon le modèle).

De plus, l'absence de repose-pouce et les côtés presque verticaux éliminent les points où le pouce et le petit doigt pourraient tenter de s'agripper, réduisant ainsi le risque d'essayer de contrôler la souris uniquement avec les doigts. Il en résulte que la FlexMouse est plus confortable lorsqu'elle est déplacée principalement par toute la main et l'avant-bras.

La Goldtouch FlexMouse est uniquement disponible pour les utilisateurs droitiers, en version avec fil et Bluetooth.
