If you are looking for a full-size keyboard with numeric keypad that is still portable as a laptop accessory, then the Folding Keyboard from Matias is the keyboard you want. When opened it measures 18" wide, 5" deep, and 0.87" thick, and when closed only 10.08" wide, 5" deep, and 1.18" thick.

The keyswitches are high-quality dome switches (low travel); the Matias Fn key also allows quick and easy access to keys that normally require a long reach - Arrow keys, Page Up, Page Down, Delete, and others can now be typed right from home row, without moving your hand.

The keyboard also has the standard volume controls: Volume Up, Volume Down, and Mute - as well as function keys, page navigation keys, and cursor keys.

The Ergo Pro keyboard by Matias is the world's first adjustable, separated mechanical keyswitch keyboard. The feet on the Ergo Pro offer two mutually exclusive orientations for the keyboard. The modules can be laterally tented 9° to create the "thumbs up" posture that reduces pronation while typing. Alternatively, the inclination of the keyboard (which is neutral by default) can be adjusted to a negative inclination of 4.5°. The efficient, symmetrical design yields a compact lateral footprint of 14.5" and this, combined with the embedded numeric keypad, greatly reduces the reach to the mouse. The spacious and generously padded palm supports are securely screwed to the keyboard, but can be removed if desired.

The Matias Quiet Click keyswitches also provide better resistance to crumbs and dust, and have a keyswitch rating of 50 million keystrokes. This full-sized keyboard has dual-legended keys allowing it to be used as a regular keyboard, or as a one-handed keyboard for the left or the right hand. One- or two-handed typing can be simply toggled on or off. The 508 Keyboard has full-sized, high quality membrane keyswitches with the standard modifier and function keys and a numeric keypad.

Note:Problems in the last production run resulted in some of the larger keys being slightly askew. We have discounted affected models, however this is a cosmetic problem only and does not affect functionality.
