The Tablet/Document Holder for WorkFit-S from Ergotron is a simple accessory that adds functionality to the basic WorkFit-S models (ie. those without the upper worksurface). The holder is secured against the keyboard supports and positions the tablet or documents at a fixed angle for improved viewing. The holder will accommodate items up to 0.8" thick and has a surface 10.7" H x 7.25 W. It can support up to 2.2 lbs.
Note: When this accessory is added to the WorkFit-S the total weight capacity of the workstation is reduced by 1 lb.

The WorkFit-S LCD & Laptop Sit-Stand Workstation clamps on to the front edge of your desk and uses the Ergotron's Constant Force spring lift mechanism to assist in moving the keyboard tray and monitor through the range of motion. The vertical adjustment range is 18", and the monitor mount independently can vertically adjust an additional 5". The desk edge must be between .47" and 2.4" thick for the clamp to function, the monitor must be between 6 and 14 lbs and the laptop between 6 and 10 lbs for the unit to function correctly. In addition, the maximum width of the monitor and laptop cannot exceed 21.25". The keyboard tray is 16.5" wide x 9.3" deep, and the slide-out mousing surface is 7.5" wide x 7.9" deep, and the maximum weight on the keyboard surface cannot exceed 3 lbs.

NOTE: It is recommended to strengthen the mounting point to prevent damage to the desktop.

The WorkFit Floor Mat from Ergotron offers users a highly-cushioned standing surface ideal for use at sit-stand or standing workstations. The mat combines a medium density polyurethane core with a high tear strength outer membrane which is firmer to the touch than the surface of some similar mats. The result is a mat with good cushioning abilities as well as a long-wearing surface. In addition, wide beveled edges reduce the potential for a tripping hazard.

The WorkFit-TLE Sit-Stand Desktop Workstation from Ergotron features a "drop-down" keyboard tray to better accommodate the seated height requirements of users for whom the more common "above desk" retrofit solutions may not be suitable. It combines this with a large 23" D x 37.4" W work surface which includes a convenient integrated tablet/cell phone station with a removable tray cover. For additional convenience it also includes a detachable rear cable tray. The WorkFit-TLE moves directly up and down so a user is not forced to change position and step back from the desk. The dual releases ensure that accidental movement does not occur.

While at first glance the WorkFit-TLE may appear to offer great advantages over other desktop sit-stand retrofit products—because the tray is positioned below the mounting surface—users need to be aware that the distance below the desk surface is only 3.5". While this may work for a limited range of people, assuming a desk surface of 29" this will only position the keyboard tray down to 25.5". This means that it will actually be too high for users under 5'8". As well, because the tray is positioned below the desk surface the upper range is reduced, with the tray only able to rise 11.5" above the desk mounting surface, offering a suitable standing height for users only up to about 5'7".

The shallow depth of the keyboard tray, just 7.9", means that most ergonomic keyboards will not fit or will be limited in the range of adjustment that will be available to users. It also offers limited hand support for mousing, encouraging users to adopt usage modes that may greatly increase the risk of developing RSI.

Because the keyboard is positioned a full 8.5" below the monitor mounting surface users may find that their monitors are positioned too high for optimum viewing from a sitting position, especially if they happen to require multifocal eyewear. For standing purposes, even with the greater differential between the keyboard and the monitor mounting surfaces, most users will still require some kind of height adjustable monitor mount to further elevate the monitors.

Note: Users (above 5'10") may want to consider other options as the lower keyboard position will not provide the necessary range of keyboard height.

The Interactive Arm - HD from Ergotron offers an extensive range of light-touch adjustment for TVs weighing from 18 to 40 pounds. This "Constant Force" arm has a 20" vertical adjustment range and can shift up to 17.5" to both left and right sides. It can extend up to 24" from the wall at maximum extension but still fold back to just 5.5". With Tilt and Pan functions this arm lets a TV be positioned to offer the perfect viewing experience, eliminating frustrating glare from lights or windows. The Neo-Flex Notebook Lift Stand from Ergotron can elevate a notebook or laptop screen to an ergonomically correct height. It can also double as an projector riser. Height is easily adjusted through a 6-inch range, 4.25" vertical and up to 6" when tilted. The upper notebook platform tilts through a 40° for optimal positioning for elevation, reduce glare or to adjust projector angle. Small wheels incorporated into the legs provide a full 360° range of rotation. This stand will support products up to 14 pounds.

The Grommet Mount Accessory for WorkFit-S workstations can be used to install the WorkFit-S in situations where the "front mount" clamp that WorkFit-S units are equipped with will not work. This could include locations where there is insufficient space for the clamp on the underside of the desk or where unusual design of the mounting location precludes the use of the standard clamp. The Gromment Mount Accessory requires a grommet or single drilled mounting hole (0.375" to 2.5") centered 8.5" back from the edge of the mounting surface and can accommodate thicknesses from 0.47" to 2.4" thick.
