A compact keyboard which sacrifices nothing - all the keys are full - size, the shift, enter and backspace are triple width and the tab is double width. Dedicated full size windows keys are also included. A compact keyboard without a compact feel.
This keyboard has a full 104 key layout with an embedded numeric keypad on the
right side of the keyboard. The Strongman mechanical keyswitches are high quality
and offer a light tactile, audible touch which provides a consistent and comfortable
feel. All the keys are full size, and the Enter has the familiar large 'L' shape.
In addition, unlike many compact keyboards, the keys are full-travel (i.e.
the distance the key goes 'down' when you press it) - many compact keyboards
have a reduced key travel distance.
This keyboard used to be available with an ALPS Tactile Switch which was identical except that it featured slightly quieter mechanical keyswitches (i.e. a less audible click), with the same amount of actuation force.
Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/VISTA.
