The Industrial Keyboard with Touchpad from SolidTek is waterproof and contaminate-proof, making it ideal for industrial applications or wherever dirt, dust, and other particles may damage a keyboard. Incorporated in this keyboard is a touchpad that provides cursor control and mouse clicking. The problem of mice failing to function due to moisture and dust on sensor surfaces is eliminated since the touchpad surface is unaffected by these environmental issues. A compact full-function numeric keypad is located just above the touchpad for applications that may require dedicated numeric data entry. The low travel membrane switches activate cleanly and with minimal resistance, providing enough tactile feedback to indicate a successful activation without any additional unnecessary resistance.

Sealed in 100% silicone, this keyboard has an IP68 rating and can be easily washed and cleaned with soap or other non-petroleum based cleaners, making it ideal for locations where moisture and dust would quickly render standard keyboards inoperable. This makes it an excellent all-in-one combination keyboard for almost any industrial application, especially where space is limited since the overall width of 13.5" will fit in almost any location.

• Integrated Touchpad: The touchpad is located directly to the right of the primary keys to eliminate the need for a mouse. The touchpad supports cursor control, single and double clicks, and the drag function. Physical Left and Right click buttons are located just below the touchpad.
• Compact Numeric Keypad: Rather than eliminating the numeric keypad, Solidtek has created a compact numeric keypad that is positioned just above the touchpad. While not ideal for extensive numeric entry it can serve well when occasional numeric entry is required.
• Waterproof and Washable: The keyboard is sealed in 100% silicone, making it liquid and dust proof. Because it meets IP68 requirements it can also be safely washed or cleaned with soap or other non-petroleum based cleaners as needed.
• Sturdy, Rigid Construction: Unlike many washable keyboards on the market that can be flexible and flimsy, this washable keyboard by Solidtek features a heavy duty, rigid construction that offers a stable, solid feel when typing.
