X-Keys USB 3 Switch Interface

The X-Keys USB 3 Switch Interface from PI Engineering is a compact switch interface solution capable of generating up to 3 custom commands, complex macros or long strings of data. Downloadable software for PC, MAC, and Android operating systems facilitates rapid creation and programming of both custom commands and macros to this compact device. Programming of the 3 Switch Interface can be done in either "software" mode for use on a single host computer or in "hardware" mode. In software mode the programming is retained within the programming software on the host computer, meaning the device will only function when attached and with the software active. Programming the interface in hardware mode requires software only to complete the programming and write it to the interface. Once this is done the programming is stored on the interface, letting it be deployed to any computer without any software installation, becoming an instant and easily portable customized control solution - simply plug it into any USB port and it is ready to work. The X-Keys USB 3 Switch Interface supports a single switch by default, or with the attachment of optional dual or triple splitter cables (purchased separately), up to three switches.
