The LEVO G2 Rolling Laptop Workstation Stand was designed after taking into consideration feedback on the original LEVO Rolling Laptop Workstation (now known as the Classic - Model 33761-CLASSIC). The new G2 model now includes an angle-adjustable mouse tray that can be mounted to the left or right, features an additional 5" of height adjustment (up to 45") to accommodate taller individuals and a heavier base to compensate for the greater elevation, lockable casters, a redesigned and larger platform, and a curved arm that lets the laptop drop "down" into the lap when seated or reclining. In order to ensure stability when at the higher levels the extension reach is has been reduced to 17" with a maximum weight limit of 5 pounds

The LEVO G2 Rolling Laptop Workstation Stand features a heavy 24 pound base that ensures stability for laptops or tablets up to 17" diagonal and weighing up to 5 pounds. Easy-rolling lockable casters let the stand be positioned to optimize both comfort and ergonomics while still accommodating almost-effortless movement between locations or rooms. The telescoping design features easily operated cam locks for platform height adjustment to any point between 22" and 45". At 45" it even provides sufficient elevation to be used as a temporary standing workstation for those up to 6'3". The 12.75" hourglass-shaped base requires just 3.75" of clearance, permitting it to roll below a majority of beds and furniture, and allowing the laptop to be brought as close as possible. Where there is insufficient clearance to roll beneath a chair the hourglass shape lets it tuck in around a corner. The lateral arm extends the centre of the laptop platform 17" from the upright, sufficient to centre the keyboard in most applications. The included Mouse Tray/Shelf can be attached to the right or left of the laptop, and for greater comfort the tray angle can be adjusted independent of the laptop angle. The 6.75" square surface can serve for either mousing or note-taking and even includes a convenient pen or pencil holder.

The laptop platform itself, at 17.5" W x 12.0" D, is large enough to accommodate up to 17" laptops or tablets and, with the optional Book Adapter Accessory Kit, even fairly large books. The optional interchangeable Tablet Cradle Accessory provides great security and a wider range of viewing options for tablet applications.

Note: When using the LEVO G2 Rolling Laptop Workstation Stand as a book holder the clearance height range drops to 15" - 38". To determine whether this will provide sufficient clearance it is necessary to determine the height from the floor to the top of the body or legs where the platform will be positioned for viewing. If this height is greater than 38" the LEVO G2 Book Holder Floor Stand which offers a clearance range from 24" to 49", could be considered.

• When using your LEVO G2 Rolling Laptop Workstation Stand try to set it at a height and angle that keep your wrists and forearm in as straight a line as possible when using the keyboard. This "neutral" position minimizes the strain that can be placed on wrists when keyboards are inappropriately positioned.
• Remember to take frequent breaks when using your laptop. Because the keyboard and screen are attached to each other, laptops require that the neck be bent down in to a non-ergonomic posture in order to view the screen. Continuous lengthy periods in this posture will put an unhealthy degree of strain on the muscles and vertebrae of the neck which can in turn lead to neck strain and tension headaches or worse. Be sure to raise your head to a natural position and look out across the room or out the window on a regular basis. This will let your muscles take a break from holding the imbalanced weight of your head.
• When using the stand during video meetings or when primarily passively viewing content that requires minimal keyboard or mouse input for extended periods, consider raising the laptop higher to optimize the viewing height for your neck. When typing intensively, consider having the laptop (relatively) lower to improve the ergonomics for your hands.
• Remember to use the LEVO G2 Rolling Laptop Workstation Stand whenever possible. Placing your computer on your lap positions the keyboard lower than necessary. This means that the wrists cannot be maintained in the most neutral position and also lowers the screen, forcing the neck to bend even further for viewing. By training yourself to keep your laptop on the workstation whenever it is in use you will ensure that you are able to receive the optimal benefits it can provide.
